It’s very simple. You can access the property independently for your comfort, thanks to a key box. The Mon Groom team always strives to remain available (from 10 am to 6 pm, every day). You can contact us directly via messaging or by phone. In case of emergency, a team member will come to your accommodation. As no Mon Groom staff live on site, immediate intervention cannot be guaranteed. However, as part of our commitment to quality, we will intervene within a reasonable time frame so you can fully enjoy your stay.

For your information: 1. Please respect the property and the neighborhood. Your stay is in a home, not a hotel. 2. Upon departure, please leave the premises in good condition, as you found them: empty the bins into the containers, close the windows, turn down the heating, and switch off the lights. 3. In case of any issues, our team will do its best to respond quickly, but note that there is no staff on site. 4. Cleaning is scheduled to return the property to its original condition, including professional cleaning of the premises and linens. This does not include washing dishes, removing various waste, deodorising, etc. Dishes must be washed and put away. An additional fee of €25 will be charged for extra costs. 5. Bed linens and towels provided: changes during your stay are available on request at an additional cost. 6. An additional cleaning service is available for €50, upon request before your arrival. 7. Essentials for your arrival are provided. Products for the rest of your stay are your responsibility. 8. Early check-in and late check-out are possible at an extra charge and subject to availability. 9. Failure to comply with house rules (presence of animals, smoke odors of any kind, etc.) will result in an additional €50 management fee. 10. Heating and water must be used responsibly and in accordance with legal requirements. Their use is intended for the number of guests indicated at booking. If we notice excessive consumption, such as use not corresponding to the number of guests, reimbursement of the incurred expenses will be requested. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
