The city center of Tours and its vibrant streets are quickly accessible: you can stroll through the historic district, enjoy the terraces of the famous Place Plumereau, or explore the banks of the Loire River for a peaceful walk. With excellent public transport connections, the location allows you to easily get around the entire city without a car.

Located next to the train station in a very quiet and pleasant building, you'll enjoy a prime location in Tours, close to public transport, shops, and the city center. The apartment is laid out as follows: - Living area: The bright living room is a true relaxation space, opening onto two balconies, perfect for enjoying a coffee outdoors or relaxing after a day of sightseeing. In the evening, a two-seater sofa converts into a bed for a good night's sleep. The kitchen is open to the living room, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. - Sleeping area: The apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a 120 cm bed. - Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a vanity unit. The toilet is separate. 🌿 The perks of this accommodation - Two balconies to enjoy the outdoors - Excellent location, close to the train station and city center without the noise - Convenient and well-connected neighborhood Whether you're traveling for business, on a tourist getaway, or visiting the region, this accommodation offers comfort and convenience in a pleasant setting.
