In less than 5 minutes you will be in the city center and 20 minutes for the historic center with its famous Place Plumereau, its numerous restaurants and bars. A moovie theater is located in the neighboring building. All amenities are also nearby (pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, etc.) to make your stay easier.

Whether you're coming for business or pleasure, this cosy flat will provide all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Located in the city centre and very close to the train station, you'll have all the amenities close at hand and will be able to reach the city's attractions very easily. This is a furnished tourist apartment classified 2 stars for your confort. Able to accommodate up to 4 people, you will quickly be delighted by the warm and relaxing atmosphere that reigns there. After a day full of work or discoveries, you can relax on the sofa while watching TV and taking advantage of the Fiber Wifi connection. In the evening, the sofa transforms into a bed for a good night's sleep. The equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, etc.) is open to the living room in order to reinforce the convivial aspect of the place. You can prepare delicious meals there just like at home. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and storage space. A spacious bathroom with shower and WC completes the property. Big positive point in the city center: a private covered parking space is at your disposal in the car park adjoining the building. You can leave your vehicle and explore the city on foot. For your comfort, everything is included in the cleaning fees. You will be able to travel light since sheets and towels are at your disposal. All you have to do is put down your suitcases and make yourself comfortable. For more flexibility, arrivals and departures are done independently via a key box located a 3-minute walk from the apartment. You won't miss anything for your stay in Touraine! The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with elevator. A parking space is reserved for you (elevator then stairs to access it). You will be in the immediate vicinity of the train station (the apartment overlooks the street and not the tracks). Allow less than 300 meters of walking.
