Come and enjoy this completely independent 22m² studio, located in the heart of a housing complex intended for short-term rentals. Enjoy a private and functional space, ideal for your short or extended stays. Ideal for two people, you will have a good night's sleep on the double bed with your arrangement. You can relax watching TV (thanks to Chromecast) and taking advantage of the fiber Wifi connection at your disposal. A kitchen area is also at your disposal to prepare good meals (hotplates, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, etc.) Finally, a bathroom with shower and toilet completes the property. For your comfort, the studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Small bonus: as a resident, you will also have access to a shared garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days and chatting with other residents if you wish. You can also take advantage of the building's shared space including a large kitchen and relaxation area with large TV, sofas and board games. The studio is located close to public transport and all amenities. An ideal setting to combine comfort, conviviality and practicality! You can travel light without worrying about anything: hotel-quality sheets and towels are at your disposal and cleaning is carried out by a professional company. Accesso
Parking is free on the street and access is very easy from the motorways. From Tours train station, it is 1.8 kilometres or about twenty minutes walk. Public transport is also within reach to get around without constraints. Are you coming by bike? It is possible to leave them in the entrance hall of the building. The apartment is located on the 1st floor without a lift.
