Welcome to this 74 m² T3 apartment suitable for 4 people, just a stone's throw from the Botanical Gardens and close to Bretonneau Hospital. Whether you're coming for business or pleasure, you'll have all the comforts you need for your stay. You'll find a bright living room where you can relax on the sofa while watching TV and taking advantage of the Wifi connection at your disposal. A dining table completes the lounge/dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for home-style cooking (hob, oven, coffee maker, etc.). Next comes a corridor leading to the sleeping area, WC and bathroom. Two beautiful bedrooms are here for you to relax in after a hard day's work or a day of sightseeing. The first bedroom has a Queen-size bed, while the second has a classic double bed. The bathroom has a shower and separate WC. On sunny days, you can enjoy the balcony with its unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. For your comfort, everything is included in the cleaning fee. Bed linen and towels are provided. Beds will be made up. All you need to do is pack your bags :) The location is ideal and all amenities are nearby. Arrival is autonomous via a key box. We look forward to receiving your reservation!
