Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach all the city's attractions (historic center, St Gatien cathedral, opera house...). There are many shops in the neighborhood, including a bakery, pharmacy and supermarket. It's a 6-minute walk to Les Halles de Tours, where there's a twice-weekly market.

Ideally located, this beautiful 80m² T3 suitable for 5 people will delight you as soon as you step through the door. Equipped with all the necessary comforts, the accommodation is perfect for families, groups of friends or even colleagues who want to discover the city while enjoying a welcoming, convivial space. You'll find a spacious living/dining room with a large sofa. There's a place for everyone to watch TV, take advantage of the Wifi connection, read a book or simply relax and share a good time together. A table awaits you for meals. The separate fully-equipped kitchen is the ideal place to prepare your favorite dishes, just like at home. You'll find everything you need, including a microwave, hob and coffee maker. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed for a good night's rest. In the second bedroom, a double trundle bed can accommodate two people. To complete the apartment, the bathroom has a bathtub and vanity unit. Separate WC. For your convenience, you'll only need to bring your suitcases when you arrive. Everything is included in the cleaning fee, and bed linen and towels are at your disposal. The location is ideal, between Place Jean Jaurès and the historic center of Tours. You can do everything on foot. For greater flexibility, arrivals can be made independently. Keys can be collected from a pick-up point in Vieux Tours, close to the accommodation. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator. Tours train station is 1 kilometer away, a ten-minute walk. Pay parking spaces are available on the street, as are secure underground parking lots nearby. A little further away, you'll find free parking spaces.
