On the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a 50s building, this bright apartment features a pleasant living room-kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment was refurbished in May 2019. Very close to all shops and amenities. The living room has a Poltronesofa sofa bed with 140cm memory foam mattress, a small bookcase and TV with 35 channels. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob and oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and all necessary crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has a 140*200 bed. The bathroom has a washbasin, WC, shower and a washing-machine dryer. Linen, towels and bedding (comforters and pillows) are provided; Free, unlimited high-speed Internet access via Wifi or ethernet connection. We do our utmost to ensure that our guests have a pleasant stay in a clean, functional apartment.
