This apartment is located rue du Flocon, in Tourcoing. It is on the ground floor of a small building completely renovated in 2024. You will be less than ten minutes walk from the “Pont Hydraulique” tram stop which will take you to Lille in around thirty minutes. Free street parking. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for business trips!

The accommodation is composed as follows: - Entrance opening onto the sleeping area with a double bed and a connected TV. You will also have ample storage. - Kitchen area with all the necessary equipment and utensils - Bathroom with sink, shower, WC and washing machine The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
