This typical northern house is located in a quiet and residential area of Tourcoing, rue de Tunis. The house has been completely renovated and has 3 bedrooms, one of which has 2 single beds. You can also enjoy a small courtyard for sunny days (they are not that rare in the North)! Ideal for visiting the region with family or friends & for your business trips!

The house is composed as follows: Ground floor : - Large, long living space with lounge area, dining room and an open fitted kitchen - Small enclosed courtyard at the back with dining table and plancha - Small laundry area with a washing machine - separate WC 1st floor : - One bedroom (street side) with 160x200 double bed - Bathroom with shower, bathtub and sink - separate WC 2nd Floor : - A bedroom with double bed (street side) 140x200 - A bedroom with two single beds (courtyard side) 90x200 The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. The “Phalempins” metro station is an 8-minute walk away. The Phalempins bus station is around the corner, 20 meters away.
