This apartment is located rue du Flocon, in Tourcoing. It is on the 1st floor without elevator of a small building completely renovated in 2024. You will be less than ten minutes walk from the “Pont Hydraulique” tram stop which will take you to Lille in around thirty minutes. Free street parking. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for business trips!

The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance then, directly on your left on the street side, is the main room with lounge area, equipped kitchen and sleeping area with double bed - Small office space at the entrance level - Bathroom with shower cabin, sink and toilet on the garden side The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
