Ideally located within walking distance of everything, it's just 10 minutes from Les Halles market and the train station. This bright apartment features a separate bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, private parking, a balcony, and air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) in a quiet building.
