-> Located in the heart of a small village in Saint Mars la Réorthe. -> The accommodation is near the village church, and the bells may ring at various times throughout the day. -> Accommodates up to 12 guests. It includes: *** On the ground floor *** -> A large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (hob, extractor fan, microwave, oven, American-style fridge, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker and Senseo coffee machine, kettle…). Everything you need to cook is available. A welcome kit is provided with tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits. -> A spacious living room with two sofas, a coffee table, and a very large 160 cm TV! WIFI available. -> A separate toilet. -> A bathroom with mirror, hairdryer, washing machine, and tumble dryer available free of charge. A bathroom kit is provided including soap, shower gel, and shampoo. -> One bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm). *** Upstairs *** -> Four bedrooms: three with double beds (160x200 cm) and one with two bunk beds, perfect for children. -> A separate toilet. -> A second bathroom with a shower, sink, mirror, and hairdryer. -> Please note: the hallway and staircase lights are motion-activated for added comfort and safety. *** Outdoors *** -> A private, secluded area with garden furniture, a pétanque court, and a large grassy area to play!
