Perfect for a couple with children - sleeps up to 4 (6 maximum) (Possibility of an extra bed on the sofa bed, to be specified when booking if required) This charming, bright and well-appointed flat offers : A comfortable living room with a double sofa bed (sleeps 2), a television and a dedicated WiFi connection via box. A manual Velux window brings in plenty of natural light and makes it easy to ventilate. A practical kitchen area, ideal for short stays, equipped with a microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, sink and all the crockery you need. A cosy mezzanine, accessed by a staircase, with a double bed, perfect for a couple. Two single bunk beds at the entrance, designed to comfortably accommodate children or teenagers. A functional bathroom with shower, washbasin and all the essentials. The flat is located in a quiet, secure residence nestling among the pine trees, with the sea air as a backdrop - an ideal setting in which to relax and make the most of your stay.

The Cap Soleil residence is easily accessible by car. Free, unallocated parking spaces are available in and around the residence.

You will have the flat all to yourself and I am available if you need me. We will send you messages with instructions before your arrival and contact you on the day of your arrival to make sure your stay goes smoothly.
