This large house is located in a residential area in the heart of Roubaix, rue Philibert Delorme. The house was completely renovated in 2023. It is quiet and very functional, in particular thanks to its 4 bathrooms (one on the ground floor, then 3 shower cubicles in the bedrooms). You can also enjoy a small terrace.

The house is built on two floors and is arranged lengthwise. Ground floor : - Entry lock - Spacious living room with lounge and dining room - Kitchen - Terrace - Laundry area with washing machine and dryer - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor : - A bedroom with double bed and workspace - A bedroom with double bed, shower cubicle, washbasin and work space Second floor : - Two additional bedrooms with double bed, shower cabin, sink and work space in each of them. Professional maid service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.

This house is located in a quiet and family area, so it is suitable for responsible and respectful travelers; be sure not to party or make excessive noise (music, shouting) after 9 p.m.
