With 2,680 square feet spread over two levels, a bright garden level, and a cozy first floor, it offers spacious areas designed for your comfort. You will enjoy a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a wine cellar, induction hobs, a latest-generation bean-to-cup coffee machine, and everything you need to cook with ease. The villa has five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a large wardrobe to make your stay more comfortable. Outside, a superb 150 m² terrace invites you to enjoy the mild climate and share convivial moments. Ideal for families, groups of friends, or business trips, this villa combines modernity, space, and high-end amenities to make your stay an unforgettable experience. Garden level: • Bright main living room, opening onto the terraces, with wood-burning fireplace, bubble sofa, TV, designer speakers, and contemporary furniture. • Fully equipped high-end kitchen. • Dining room opening onto the kitchen for a more convivial atmosphere. • 2 bedrooms with 180 cm beds, each with a private bathroom with shower. • 2 separate toilets. When you arrive, you can park your vehicle inside. Security: Surveillance cameras are installed outside only, facing the entrance and the pool. They are deactivated during rentals and do not film any interior spaces or guests' private areas.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Please respect the peaceful surroundings. We do not allow parties. During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm and to open and close the pool shutters. Children near a pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they can swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open.
