Discover this charming Gaume-style house, ideally situated in Pyla-sur-Mer, just a one-minute walk from the beach and a stone’s throw from the prestigious 5-star Ha(a)itza hotel. You’ll find yourself in the heart of a quiet and highly sought-after neighbourhood in the Arcachon Bay area, just a few minutes from the Corniche and Le Moulleau, and within easy reach of shops and amenities. The bright and welcoming house is fully enclosed and offers a beautiful garden and a private swimming pool, which is for your exclusive use. It can accommodate up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 cm double bed. There are 2 shower rooms and a separate WC. The comfortable living room is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace at the rear of the house, on the pool side, ideal for outdoor dining and long summer evenings. Unheated private swimming pool measuring 10 m² (4.34 m x 2.30 m), ideal for cooling off on sunny days. Open from May to September. The swimming pool is fitted with an alarm. The water temperature depends on the weather conditions. You can park up to 2 vehicles inside the property. The cleaning fee also includes the provision of household linen: sheets, towels and everything you need for your stay are provided, so you can travel light and enjoy your holiday to the full as soon as you arrive. Only beach and pool towels are not included. With beaches within walking distance, a cycle path nearby, prestigious establishments and the exceptional setting of the Arcachon Bay, this house is the perfect place for an elegant and peaceful holiday in Pyla.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Please respect the peaceful surroundings. We do not allow parties. The villa is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm and to open and close the pool shutters. Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they can swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open.
