Renewed apartment, fully equipped and comfortable. 15 minutes walking distance to São Bento metro and train station. 2 mins walking from Douro River! ***Please note that oil, salt, pepper will not be provided in the home.*** Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. NOTE: We want to inform you that the internet service may not be ideal for streaming or remote work activities. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Camera abbastanza spaziosa con tutto il necessario per trascorrere qualche giorno, in una buona posizione e tutto automatico per entrare e uscire dall'appartamento.
