The open-plan living area includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher and all the utensils needed to prepare your meals. The dining area is perfect for enjoying moments at the table, while the comfortable lounge, with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, invites you to relax. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, white bed linen, bedside tables and soft lighting, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere for a good night's rest. The contemporary bathroom features a shower, soft towels and the essentials for a pleasant stay. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, should you need help during your stay. Please note that this is a personal home, so we kindly ask you to take care of it as if it were your own.

This property has self check-in, and you will be asked to verify your identity before entering. Check-in is possible from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence of a breach of this rule (e.g. smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least €200. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities applies, with a limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the basic supplies: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
