Welcome to my house! This stylish 120 m² two-bedroom house offers a comfortable retreat right in the heart of the city. Spread across two stories, it combines modern convenience with a welcoming atmosphere, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a double sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining area perfect for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and all the essential cookware and cutlery you need to prepare delicious dishes at home. Upstairs, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed, each furnished with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The property also includes 1.5 bathrooms, thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Posizione molto bella, vicinissima al centro e al lungofiume. Quartiere molto residenziale, ottimo per immergersi nella vita quotidiana del Portogallo.
