Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 40 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the 2nd floor without lift access, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility. Furnished with contemporary and stylish décor, clean lines and modern furniture fill the flat with character and flair. As you enter, you'll find open-plan living, kitchen, and dining areas. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, along with a glass coffee table and unique ornaments. Adjoining it is the dining area, which seats four. The kitchen, fully equipped with cookware and cutlery, is at your disposal whether you're cooking or just heating up some takeaway. The flat has one bedroom with a double bed fitted with fresh linens for your comfort. It also has a bathroom designed to be minimalistic with a white theme. It is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a mirror. We also provide fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! We hope you have a fantastic stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
