A dedicated games room, table tennis and table football are waiting for you! 🌿 The highlights Enjoy 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living areas, 2 terraces and a large garden where you can relax, enjoy outdoor meals or simply make the most of the peaceful surroundings. The perfect setting for a getaway with family or friends. ✨ Picture your stay… After a day exploring the beautiful Breton beaches, the Côte de Penthièvre, Saint-Brieuc or the charming surrounding villages, come back and enjoy the comfort of the house. Share a meal, cook on the plancha or enjoy a drink on the terrace. Here, you can slow down, breathe and simply enjoy the moment! 🐾 Dogs are welcome: they can enjoy the garden, provided they do not go on the beds or sofa and their waste is picked up. GETTING TO THE PROPERTY 🚗🚆✈️ La Belle de Plaintel is located in a peaceful countryside setting while remaining easily accessible. 🚗 By car: quick access from the N12, the main road linking Rennes, Saint-Brieuc and Brest. Saint-Brieuc is approximately 20 minutes away by car. 🚆 By train: the most convenient railway station is Saint-Brieuc, around 20 minutes away by car. TGV and TER trains provide connections to Paris, Rennes, Brest and other major Breton cities. ✈️ By plane: Rennes-Brittany Airport is approximately 1 hour away by car. Nantes Atlantique Airport is also accessible in around 1 hour 45 minutes. 🚕 A car is strongly recommended to fully explore the beaches, villages and attractions of the Côtes-d’Armor.
