🗺️ How to Reach the Property & Parking Info 🚗✨ You’ll find the apartment at Anchor Terrace, right on the Penryn quay 🌊 🚗 There’s no private parking, but you can park easily at Jubilee Wharf Car Park (📍TR10 8FG), directly opposite the building 🅿️💳 🚶 Once parked, just walk across the road to the entrance. The lockbox with your keys is located inside the garage to the side of the building 🔐🧱 📲 We’ll send your 4-digit code on the morning of arrival — easy, no-faff check-in! 🛏️ Head upstairs and you’re in! Perfectly placed for exploring Penryn, Falmouth, and the rest of Cornwall 🌞🚌🚉

Security deposit authorisation For reservations made through a third-party booking platform, a refundable security-deposit authorisation may be required where permitted by that platform and disclosed as part of your booking. This is a temporary card authorisation, not an upfront charge. No funds are taken unless there is a valid claim following damage or a serious breach of the house rules; otherwise, the authorisation is released. If your reservation requires it, you will receive a secure automated request from Tinners Stays before arrival. It must be completed before self check-in details can be released. Minimum stays are usually 2–3 nights. Occasionally, where a single night remains available between bookings, we may be able to accept a one-night stay by arrangement.
