Welcome to TheBlueStay! Discover an elegant 120m² duplex in the heart of Paris. Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, this bright, modern space is ideal for a stay with friends.

Enjoy a pleasant stay in this duplex, well decorated and equipped to meet all your needs: Living room: A designer living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Kitchen: Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave, oven and Nespresso machine. Bedroom 1: One bedroom with double bed, television and bathroom. Bedroom 2: One bedroom with double bed and television on the first floor. Bedroom 3: One bedroom with double bed, television and bathroom with toilet. Bathrooms: Three bathrooms in total. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath, gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer on the ground floor and one bathroom on the first floor with shower, gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer. Toilet: Three toilets are separate from the bathrooms. Additional amenities: Dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi included, TV screen, iron, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The duplex is on the 2nd floor of a secure building without an elevator and is reached on foot, by a narrow staircase. This is inconvenient with large suitcases or a stroller, and access is not suitable for elderly guests or guests with reduced mobility. Inside, the bedrooms are spread over two levels connected by a staircase. * The apartment is not air-conditioned. During heatwaves it can get hot inside, which can be uncomfortable for guests who are sensitive to heat. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, 150 m from Sentier metro station and 300 m from Réaumur-Sébastopol, in a 120 m² (1,292 sq ft) duplex with three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a washing machine and a dishwasher, ideal for groups.

The duplex is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide. However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
