Additional information: The apartment is located on the ground floor, on the inner courtyard. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * A metro line runs beneath the building: the noise and vibrations of passing trains can be felt inside during operating hours, less so at night. Light sleepers may be disturbed. * The apartment faces the building's inner courtyard: neighbours on the upper floors can see inside, and daylight comes in from sunrise. Worth knowing if privacy matters to you or if you like to sleep in. * Only one window opens, so the air in the apartment is renewed slowly.
