Welcome to TheBlueStay! Discover this bright and spacious apartment, ideally located in the heart of Paris. This modern 55m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, perfect for a stay with family or friends.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this well-appointed apartment equipped for your needs: Living room: A welcoming space with two double sofa beds, a TV and a dining table for convivial moments. Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. Bedroom: A cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and quality bed linen, with a private bathroom. Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. Toilets: Two toilets located in the bathrooms. Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is not air-conditioned and ventilation is limited. In summer, during heatwaves, it gets very hot inside, including at night, which may disturb the sleep of guests who are sensitive to heat. * The apartment is on the ground floor and its front door opens directly onto the street. With young children, you need to stay careful each time the door is opened. * Both bathrooms are small and narrow. They make it easy to share among several guests, but there is little room to get ready, which can be uncomfortable for tall guests. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be close to Nationale metro station, on a small one-way street, in a 55 m² (592 sq ft) apartment with two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide. However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide. We can be reached from 9am to 11pm, 7 days a week, via the communication interface on your booking platform or by telephone.
