Enjoy a comfortable stay in this friendly studio apartment: Living room: double sofa bed and dining table. Ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Paris. Kitchen: Equipped with hob, microwave, toaster, coffee, sugar and tea capsules. Bathroom: A bathroom equipped with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. Toilets: One toilet in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi included, iron, bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person. 📌 Please note before booking: * At 16 m² (172 sq ft), the studio is a single room whose bed, a double sofa bed, stays open permanently: there is little room around the bed and little space to open large suitcases. It suits one person or a couple well for a short stay; for two on a longer stay, space becomes tight. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the 17th arrondissement, a 2-minute walk from Place de Clichy metro station (lines 2 and 13), in an area full of restaurants, on the ground floor overlooking an inner courtyard, in a quiet setting, with an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide. However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided.
