Enjoy a pleasant stay in this well-appointed apartment equipped for your comfort: Living room: A welcoming space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table for convivial moments. Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available to enhance your gourmet moments. Bedroom: A cosy bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe for storing your belongings. Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a shower, a welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and a hairdryer. A toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience. Toilets: WC in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, Wi-Fi included, sheets and towels provided for each guest. Everything is designed to make you feel at home. Additional information: The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a secure building without elevator. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The bedroom is small. The double bed leaves little space around it and you sometimes need to squeeze past sideways to move around. Guests who need space in the bedroom, to move around or store their belongings, may feel cramped. * The bedroom is poorly ventilated. The apartment has an air conditioner, but it does little to cool the bedroom, which can become hot and stuffy in summer, and it is noisy when running. Guests who are sensitive to heat and light sleepers may be bothered. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the 9th arrondissement, a 3-minute walk from Le Peletier metro station, in a bright 38 m² (409 sq ft) apartment with large windows, on the 1st floor, with an equipped kitchen and a washing machine.
