Enjoy a pleasant stay in this studio, well decorated and equipped to meet all your needs: Living room: A convivial space with a double sofa bed, a TV screen and modern decor for relaxing moments after your explorations. Kitchen: An open-plan kitchen, equipped with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Bathroom: A modern bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom for added convenience. Additional amenities: Washing machine, Wi-Fi access included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The studio is on the ground floor of a building without an elevator, but to reach it you need to go through several coded doors and go up and then down stairs. The route is explained in detail, with photos, but it is inconvenient with heavy luggage or when arriving late, and it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in a quiet residential area of the 12th arrondissement, 150 m from Dugommier metro station, in a 25 m² (269 sq ft) studio overlooking a green inner courtyard, with a washing machine and a Nespresso machine.
