Enjoy a comfortable stay in this well-appointed apartment: Living room: A large space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table, ideal for a convivial moment. Kitchen: Fully equipped open kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge, oven, kettle and Nespresso machine. Master bedroom: Comfortable bedroom with double beds and private bathroom. Bedroom 2: Comfortable bedroom with double beds and TV, offering a relaxing setting. Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer for your comfort. Toilet: One toilet located in the bathroom. Additional amenities: TV, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Additional information: The apartment is located on the 1st floor without a lift. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is in a second building: you first walk through a front building and a corridor to a courtyard, then climb one floor on foot, with no lift. The route is not obvious on your first arrival and luggage has to be carried up the stairs, which matters for guests travelling with large suitcases. * Each of the two bathrooms has a shower and a washbasin, but the apartment has only one toilet, located in one of them. With five or six guests, you will need to take turns, especially in the morning. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the 10th arrondissement, 350 m from Jacques Bonsergent metro station (line 5), with a supermarket right next door, in a quiet 75 m² (807 sq ft) apartment with two bedrooms.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide. However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide. We can be reached from 9am to 11pm, 7 days a week, via the communication interface on your booking platform or by telephone.
