On the ground floor of a secure building, the 26 m² apartment features: - 1 Living room with two comfortable double sofa beds, an armchair and a TV - 2 Designer coffee tables to share your meals - 1 Fully equipped open kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine, kettle) - 1 Small bedroom with a comfortable double bed - 1 Modern bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet Additional amenities: Air conditioning in the main room, Wi-Fi, washing machine. Fresh sheets and towels are provided for each guest, and the apartment is prepared by our housekeeping team. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * Being on the ground floor, the apartment has its front door opening directly onto the street: from inside, you can hear the life of the neighborhood, pedestrians and cars alike, including at night. If you are a light sleeper, this may bother you. * Only the bedroom window opens. In the living room, the shop window is partly covered to protect your privacy, so natural light there remains limited.
