Welcome to my 50m² apartment on the 4th floor without a lift at the 11th Arrondissement in Paris. It can comfortably accommodate two people with its bedroom with a queen-size bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from different metro lines, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris!

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 4th floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 50m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a comfortable couch where you can relax, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A fan is also available. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer, towels, a towel dryer and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Questo posto è un vero gioiello. Se non altro, meglio delle foto. Bella vista. Non sappiamo se avremmo potuto scegliere una posizione migliore se ci avessimo provato. Nel complesso siamo molto soddisf

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico! Bellissimo appartamento in una zona fantastica. Super percorribile a piedi, vicino al Marais, molti ottimi bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze.
