Welcome to my 40 m² apartment, located on the first floor of a building without a lift in the 18th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates up to three guests with its sofa bed, bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally situated just a 4-minute walk from the metro, it offers a peaceful stay in the heart of the capital.

Welcome! The front door of this 40 m² apartment opens onto a bright space, thoughtfully arranged and elegantly decorated. The living room is furnished with a very comfortable sofa bed that can sleep one person, as well as a television. The dining area features an island that can seat up to four guests and can also serve as a workspace. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bedroom offers a double bed (140 x 200), prepared with hotel-quality linens. A large wardrobe is provided so you can unpack and feel right at home. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left is for you to enjoy!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Tutto era fantastico, ma il fatto che si siano dimenticati di me e non mi abbiano inviato le istruzioni per il check-in in tempo ha rovinato un po' l'impressione. Ho deciso: appartamento spazioso, c'è

L'alloggio si trova in periferia. Ottima posizione per la metropolitana e gli autobus, ma non è possibile parcheggiare in strada. Essendo in periferia la sera può essere un po' meno "sicuro" parcheggi
