The Louvre Museum, its iconic pyramid, the Palais-Royal, and the Tuileries Garden are all easily accessible from the studio. You can also reach the Opéra district to admire the Opéra Garnier and discover Parisian department stores like Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. The Les Halles district and Rue Montorgueil, renowned for its lively atmosphere and gourmet food shops, are also nearby. You'll find everything you need for your stay in the vicinity: numerous restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other local shops. Perfect for a couple, the apartment features a living area with a 130cm double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room. Wi-Fi is available, and all bed linen and towels are provided so you can travel light.

Parties are prohibited and smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. Keys can be collected from a local shop located an 8-minute walk from the apartment. Early Arrivals & Late Departures For arrivals before 4:00 PM or departures after 10:00 AM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability. Please inform us in advance of any requests so that we can best organize them.
