You can reach me 7 days a week from 9 AM to 11 PM via phone, SMS, or email. However, if you plan to arrive after 11 PM, it is essential to carefully review and follow the self-check-in guide provided. This guide is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival, even outside the hours when I can personally assist you. After 11 PM, I will unfortunately no longer be able to respond to requests or provide assistance in case of any issues. Please make sure you are fully prepared to avoid any inconvenience during your late arrival. I wish you a wonderful stay at Suite Plume, and I remain available for any requests before this time!

The apartment is non-smoking. Parties are not allowed to ensure the peace and quiet of the space and respect for neighbors. A baby crib is available upon request for an additional fee of €40. Personal check-in is available upon request for an additional fee of €50. Self-check-in is available 24/7, offering you maximum flexibility for your arrival. Phone assistance is available from 9 AM to 11 PM, every day of the week. Unfortunately, this apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (PRM).
