Welcome to this charming 35m2 studio located in the Halles district of Paris, close to transport and shops (Forum des Halles 2 minutes away).

This studio, nestled under the roof, exudes authentic charm thanks to its exposed beams which give it a warm and rustic atmosphere. Please note that the ceiling is quite low, which may be less comfortable for guests taller than 1.80m. Located on the third floor without elevator, this apartment offers you a real refuge in the heart of the bustling Parisian scene. Upon entering, you will discover a comfortable space including a double bed, ideal for resting after a busy day exploring the city. Fresh linens and towels are provided, allowing you to travel light. The equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to prepare your meals like at home. Whether you just want to make a cup of coffee in the morning or whip up a delicious dinner, you'll find everything you need at your disposal. The bathroom is equipped with a shower to refresh and relax you. Although the accommodation may be less suitable for taller people, its unique ambiance and central location make it an ideal choice for travelers looking for an authentic Parisian experience. By staying in our studio, you will be ideally located to explore the iconic attractions of Paris. Les Halles is full of bustling shops, restaurants and cafes where you can sample delicious French cuisine. Plus, you'll enjoy easy access to public transportation, allowing you to get around the city with ease. Finally, note that the accommodation benefits from quality wifi (fiber) and a TV. You have access to all the accommodation. If you're coming by public transport, Les Halles station is a 2-minute walk away. If you're coming by car, there are several parking lots around the property.

Please do not smoke in the accommodation. The apartment is located under the roof and has low ceilings, so it's not ideal for people over 1.80 m tall. Arrival is autonomous and keys are to be collected from a tobacconist's near the accommodation (7-minute walk / between 3pm and 10pm maximum). Early check-in & late check-out : For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to make a request so we can organize accordingly.
