This quiet and bright 2-room apartment is ideally located, in the heart of the Strasbourg Saint Denis district (10th arrondissement).

Renovated by an architect, it is located on the top floor, not overlooked, and overlooks a tree-lined courtyard which will protect you from the noise of the city. The bed is a double bed: 160x200 (queen size), with space and closets available (font of the bed) The room is equipped with a Dyson fan for the summer.

This apartment is not a hotel but my living space, which I rent when I go on vacation or on tour. Also, even if it will be carefully cleaned before your arrival, you will find my books, my plants, my decoration, etc. there. The courtyard of the building being narrow, it is quite easy to hear the neighbors when the windows are open in the summer. I therefore ask travelers to exercise discretion and courtesy, in the apartment (when the windows are open) and in the common areas. It is also possible that those who want to sleep with the window open are disturbed by the noise of their neighbors. Earplugs provided for sensitive sleepers! There is no microwave in the kitchen (but the cooktops are very fast and powerful). No pets or parties please.
