The apartment offers a pleasant, well-designed living space, bathed in natural light. Living Area Upon entry, you are welcomed into an open-plan kitchen and living room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes ample storage and opens directly onto the living room. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, and enjoys plenty of natural light thanks to large windows. Hallway & Storage A discreet hallway at the back of the living room leads to the sleeping area. There is a well-appointed bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Bedroom The master bedroom is spacious and quiet, designed as a peaceful retreat. It includes large built-in wardrobes and benefits from an en-suite bathroom, offering both comfort and privacy.

Getting There • Metro: Filles du Calvaire station (Line 8) is a 3-minute walk away, providing quick access to Bastille, Opéra, and Place de la Concorde. • Metro: République station (Lines 3, 5, 8, 9, 11) is a 7-minute walk away, offering extensive connections across Paris. Bus: Several bus lines nearby serve key districts of the city. By Bike or on Foot: The neighborhood is very pedestrian- and bike-friendly, with numerous bike lanes.
