The apartment, which sleeps two, offers all the comforts you need with its light-filled living room, separate bedroom and all the modern amenities for a self-catering stay. The nearby underground station (7 mins) allows you to easily explore all of Paris.

Enjoy an authentic Parisian experience in this charming 40 m² flat, just a stone's throw from the Pont-Neuf, in the heart of the legendary Saint-Germain-des-Prés district. You will be at the heart of everything that makes Paris so charming! Ideally located, the apartment offers the opportunity to take a cruise on the Seine in the immediate vicinity. The Louvre Museum is just a 5-minute walk away, while the nearest metro station, line 7 (Pont-Neuf), is a 3-minute walk away. The Odéon station, served by lines 10 and 4, is also a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. This charming two-room flat on the 2nd floor (no lift) welcomes you into a space that is both pleasant and functional. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable lounge equipped with a sofa (not convertible) and a television. The adjoining dining area has a table for two, perfect for sharing meals in good company. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: - hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils and crockery. The accommodation comprises one bedroom, carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. - The queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. - Storage space is available so you can settle in comfortably. This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
