Enjoy a comfortable stay in this well-appointed apartment, equipped with everything you need: Living room: A welcoming space with a double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table for moments of conviviality. Kitchen: Open-plan, modern kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, and Nespresso machine. Bedroom 1: A cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and quality bed linen. Bedroom 2: A charming bedroom with two comfortable single beds and quality bed linen. Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower, shower gel, shampoo, and hairdryer. Toilet: A separate toilet. Terrace: A welcoming space for relaxing and socializing. Additional amenities: Washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi included, sheets and towels provided for each guest. Additional information: The apartment is located on the 10th floor of a secure residence with an elevator. Pets are allowed in the apartment, but only small dogs.

The apartment is non-smoking and equipped with smoke detectors. - Parties are not permitted. - Self-check-in is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. - Telephone support is available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week. - Arrangement of a private driver for VIP airport pickup, available upon request 48 hours in advance starting at €80 - The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). This property is available only for medium-term rentals under a lease agreement. The contract is written in French and must be signed in that language. If necessary, we encourage you to have it translated into your native language before signing. With this rental, you are entitled to a flat rate of 70 euros per month for electricity consumption, equivalent to 350 kWh (0.20 cents per kWh). Beyond this amount, you will be billed for the cost per kWh based on meter readings taken before and after your stay. Out of respect for energy conservation, please be sure to systematically turn off lights and appliances when not in use, and adopt eco-friendly practices throughout your stay.
