Just a few minutes from the Opéra and the Grands Boulevards, this 30 m² studio offers a pleasant, comfortable, and well-designed setting to fully enjoy the capital. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and features all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay in Paris, whether with family or friends.

Located in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, in a sought-after neighborhood and right next to the Opéra and Havre-Caumartin, this 30 m² studio offers a pleasant, bright, and functional setting for a stay in Paris. Located on the 3rd floor of a secure building, the apartment is well-laid-out and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It includes: * A living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, coffee table, and smart TV * A sleeping area with a double bed, separated by curtains for added privacy * A dining area with a table and chairs for 4 people * An open-concept kitchen equipped with a stovetop, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso machine * A separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity You’ll also have access to Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Please note: Exterior renovation work is currently underway on the building and may cause some noise during the day. Cleaning fees include the provision of clean sheets and towels for each guest, as well as a professional cleaning service before your arrival. A comfortable and ideally located apartment to fully enjoy Paris, whether with family or friends. 📌 Please note before booking: * The apartment is not air-conditioned: it can get hot in summer, including at night, especially during heatwaves. If you are sensitive to heat and travelling in midsummer, please take this into account. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the 8th arrondissement, a 3-minute walk from Havre-Caumartin metro station (line 8) and 5 minutes from the Opéra, on the 3rd floor of a secure building with a lift, in a 30 m² studio with an equipped open kitchen, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
