This 75-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a secure building without an elevator and includes: - 1 spacious living room with two comfortable double sofa beds, a coffee table, and a large smart TV - 1 dining table with chairs for 8 people - 1 fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine) - 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds and storage - 1 modern bathroom with a shower Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washer-dryer.
