A beautiful 45sqm bed and breakfast located on the ground floor of a secure building, laid out as follows: - 1 living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a smart TV - 1 glass coffee table for dining - 1 spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and storage - 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest, and I handle the cleaning myself. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have, and I'll be delighted to help you throughout your stay. I'm available 7 days a week from 9am to 10.30pm by phone, SMS or e-mail. However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation. Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

I welcome you to my home, in my apartment, as part of a bed-and-breakfast. Part of the apartment serves as my primary residence, and you’ll have your own private space during your stay. -I’ll personally welcome you and hand you the keys in person by appointment, until 8:00 p.m. -Breakfast is included in your stay. -Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Parties and noise disturbances are not allowed. -The apartment is not accessible to guests with limited mobility.
