It can comfortably accommodate one person with its pull-out bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris! Please note that this property is available for a minimum of 30 days.

Welcome to this charming studio apartment measuring 19m², located on the ground floor. Modern, bright, and tastefully decorated, it is ideally located near tourist attractions such as the Wall of I love Yous, perfect for exploring and enjoying the City. The main living area, both functional and welcoming, includes a relaxation area with a pull-out bed that converts into a double bed and a television for your moments of rest. The fully equipped open kitchen has everything you need for cooking: stove, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, and utensils. A washing machine is also available for added convenience. The bathroom has a shower, a large mirror, a sink, and a toilet. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do now is put down your bags and enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
