This apartment is seconds away and is in a lively area of the city. If you’re in town for a show, the Theatre Royal Concert Hall is just down the road. It plays host to live music performances all year round. If you’re visiting on business or for a big event, like a wedding, Nottingham Conference Centre is within walking distance of the apartment, while a little further afield, but still easily reached by public transport, is Trent Bridge, venue for cricket test matches, one-dayers and Twenty20 games every summer.

Superb, high end 1 bedroom apartment in a very secluded and private development. You'll never believe you're staying so centrally apart from the occasional chimes that can be heard from the Market Square City Hall clock. This brand new development has had no expense spared, with granite worktops, a whirlpool bath and underfloor heating this is true luxury living. The apartment itself is located on the second floor and can be accessed via a lift.

The bathroom boasts a brand new white suite with a shower over bath making it a great place to freshen up at the start of the day, or wind down at the end. The open plan living area features a comfy sofa, widescreen (smart) television, and direct access to a fitted kitchen. The apartment is accessed via a lift and is right in the heart of the city centre
