Its exceptional location and preserved natural spaces make it a sought-after area for wealthy retirees and foreign clients. Quiet, with lots of exceptional villas, you will find yourself close to many shops and restaurants. For your shopping a Carrefour is located 6 minutes walk from the apartment. The accommodation is close to the lively port district as well as the old town, Garibaldi Square and Le Pin Square. It is also located less than 20 minutes from Villefranche sur mer, Beaulieu, Cap Ferrat and Monaco.
