The spacious living area is great for relaxing there is an additional bed in the living room in the form of a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen/diner will be perfect for getting together. Please note: Our accommodation is thoughtfully set up with comfort and practicality in mind, making it ideal for guests working or studying locally rather than those seeking a luxury stay. That said, we hope you’ll find it a pleasant and welcoming space. As with many homes in the UK, you may occasionally spot a friendly spider during your stay. Please note: A Security Deposit of 200 and signed T&Cs will be required to book this property. This is just a hold on your card and funds will be released 2-3 days after check-out.
