Located on the first floor, the apartment is accessible via stairs. The living area is thoughtfully arranged with a comfortable single sofa bed, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table—creating a welcoming space to relax, dine, or unwind after a day of exploring the city. Adjacent to the living space, the sleeping area features a plush double bed with hotel-quality linens for restful nights. Ample storage is available to keep your belongings neatly organised. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, oven, microwave, and all the essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. For added convenience, the apartment features a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs. The modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
