Welcome to our studio! We are delighted to welcome you to our modern, newly renovated studio with an unbeatable location in Madrid. The property is situated very close to several key points of the city and offers easy access to different areas depending on your needs. This studio is comfortably designed so you can enjoy every part of the space. Upon entering, you’ll find the double bed connected to the living area, which includes a sofa, side tables and a Smart TV to suit all entertainment preferences. Separated by small wooden columns, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen featuring a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric stovetop and refrigerator, along with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. Next to it, there is a built-in table with two chairs where you can enjoy your meals. The accommodation also includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board to cover all the needs of your stay. Lastly, you’ll find a full bathroom with a shower and complimentary amenities for the first days of your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort, and the bed is prepared with fresh linens. Note: This apartment is for seasonal rental only – It is not available for tourist stays. To complete the booking, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for your stay. After finalizing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign. Without the signed contract, the reservation will be cancelled with no right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
