A prime location and the very centre of Lyon, the Presqu'île is a major attraction thanks to its monuments, restaurants, nightlife and Haussmann-style architecture. There are plenty of things to do and see, including the Musée des Fabrics et des Arts Décoratifs, the Musée du Cinéma et des Miniatures and the famous Musée des Beaux Arts, not to mention the Opéra de Lyon and the Théâtre des Célestins. Rue de la République, one of Lyon's busiest streets, leads to the famous Place Bellecour, just an 8-minute walk away. Place des Terreaux is a 6-minute walk away, and Perrache station is close by on metro line A. In this upmarket part of town, you'll also find a host of luxury boutiques and jewellers. All amenities, grocery shops, bars, restaurants, etc. are nearby. Just a 10-minute walk from Vieux Lyon, one of Lyon's must-see districts.

Charming, light-filled 47m² duplex apartment ideal for up to 5 people, with its bedroom and mezzanine equipped with 140x200 beds. Right in the centre of Lyon, with a unique view over the roofs of St Nizier church and Fourvière Basilica, this is one of the best areas in Lyon for a quality stay.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor with a lift and features an entrance hall, a bright and cosy air-conditioned lounge area with views of the cathedral and the rooftops of Old Lyon. It has a small flat-screen TV, a bench seat and an armchair opening onto the dining area, which consists of a large table for lunch and dinner and a fully equipped modern kitchen with an oven/microwave, toaster, induction hob, large fridge, coffee machine and everything you need for cooking. There is also a first bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a small shower room with shower, washbasin and separate WC. On the mezzanine, there are two 140x200 beds and a desk area for working. The flat also has storage space for your personal belongings. For your convenience, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning charge.
