At the foot of Croix-Rousse and on the banks of the Rhone river, you will appreciate the tranquility and comfort of this entirely renovated apartment situated on the ground floor overlooking the inner courtyard. It is an ideal option for a touristic or a professional stay. The apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen + a comfortable cosy living room with an HD TV, as well as a nice bathroom and a large mezzanine room with a queen bed (160*200) and another HD TV. Fiber WIFI available, sheets and towels are included. You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...). Checkin is easy and 100% independant thanks to a secured keybox inside the property. **Our services** Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest). Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional anti-COVID cleaning team. According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
